Event Budget Development
Every event needs to start with a pre defined budget base line model. How much will this event cost? Where can we expect to get income from? We work with your team to develope a cost vs income budget that includes everything that could be needed for your event.
Pre Event Functions
Site location, Media relations, Sponsor packages, VIP, artist selections all of this happens at least 12 months before your event. A complete project plan is developed and shared with our client. The plan includes everything from setup to break do
Marketing
Who is our audience? Often events are designed because “we want to have an event” with no concept of the community or who the audience might be. Building a successful marketing plan starts with knowing the target. We will work with you to develop the audience and the timeline needed for a successful event.
Sponsorship Package Development
The sponsor package often is left to be the last item develope when it should be worked on during the budget conversations. We design the package to be inviting and most of all profitable to the experience.
On Site Event Management
We arrive at 4 AM. We load in everything and manage the whole day. We are your go to staff on site. We handle everything from the “missing toilet paper” to the over served guest. We work closely with the city, state and county goverment agencies as well as security and police departments to ensure a safe event experience.
Production
Production includes audio, video, staging and show schedule. We have a stage manager that ensures that our shows start on time and end on time. No guess work for us. We know the details and we produce to the details.
VIP Hospitality
VIP guest want to have an experience. We have had MLB, NFL, NHL and A list guests attend our events. We give our VIP guests the best food and beverage experience and have a staff dedicated to the VIP area to ensure nothing goes unnoticed.
Artist Relations
Artists and VIP’s come with expectations. We manage those expectations and more. We understand the needs of artist and we can handle almost any request. Yea yea we even remove the brown M&M’s upon request. Making artists happy provides a wonderful guest experience.

Vendor & Supplier Management
We have supplier that we manage a long term relationship in order to gain the pricing discounts we need to produce the event. Vendors that rent space at our events are taken care of by our vendor management team.
Custom Product
Custom printed items can be a cost over run area. We have a secondary company LOGOGEAR.STORE that provides all our custom printed items. We can supply banners, tee shirts, promotional give aways. Pretty much anything you would want with your logo on it. We can provide drop ship to the event location.
Volunteer Wrangler
A successful event has great volunteers. Our wrangler reaches out to our volunteer teams months before the event and stays in contact with all of the volunteers. Providing them update information, training and on-site support.
