Join Our Team: Volunteers and Staff Needed for 2024-2025 Season Events!
We are excited to announce three unique and exciting events for the 2024 and 2025 season, and we are looking for dedicated volunteers and additional staff to help make these events unforgettable!
Attention Charities: We have a special program just for you! By signing up a complete team for any shift, you will receive all the donations collected during your shift. Additionally, we will support your team with a banner, signs, and a special posting on our event sites. This program requires a minimum of 10 people per shift, and you can select the shift that works best for you.
We are currently seeking individuals for the following positions:
Volunteers
Volunteers play a vital role in our events, serving beer, wine, handling ticket sales, and supporting the VIP lounge. Each shift is a minimum of 3 to 4 hours. Volunteers must be 21 years of age. We also offer High School Bright Futures hours for shifts that do not involve working with beer or wine. High school volunteers must be 16 years of age on the day of the event.
Volunteer Team Lead
As a Volunteer Team Lead, you will work closely with our Volunteer Coordinator to ensure that all volunteers have the information they need and are placed in the right positions. Your role is crucial in providing support and guidance to our volunteers, making sure they feel valued and are effectively contributing to the event’s success.
Event Load Out
Our Event Load Out staff must be physically capable of lifting 75 pounds and moving around the event site efficiently. You will be responsible for collecting items and assisting with the load-out process, ensuring that everything is packed up and transported correctly. This is a paid position that requires strength and stamina.
Event Load In
As part of the Event Load In team, you will arrive early to help with loading in and setting up the event structure. This position requires the ability to lift 75 pounds and the ability to move quickly around the event space. Your efforts will be essential in ensuring the event is set up smoothly and efficiently. This is a paid position.
Production Assistant
The Production Assistant (PA) works directly with the event promoter to support the event. Responsibilities include handling communication, performing runner tasks, and being quick on your feet. You must be able to move around the event site efficiently and assist wherever needed. This role is integral to the seamless execution of the event. This is a paid position per event.
