A local non-profit community group was looking to take their even to the next level. They wanted a desitination expereince. They wanted people to travel from all over to their little town. The event team in place had taken the event has far as they could go. Most of the event team full time business owners and volunteers. They needed someone to pick up where they left off and build a brand and turn their event into a branded experience.
We came in and worked on the W’s. Who are we ? What are we ? Where are we going ? What do we expect?
Understanding the dynamics of the community, city leaders and the non profit board. We devised a plan make their event an expereince that goes beyond expecations. Recreated the brand, refreshed logos, messaging and building a musical experience that fits within the defined goals.
A single day festival that became a must attend event of the season. 18 acts playing non stop music over 4 stages, and once it was over we left no foot print. The experience put this little city on the map as a must attend event in the festial circuit and created a postive community impression.
